Overview

ZCHG-11 octadecyl dimethylbenzylammonium chloride [1827] is used in oil refining auxiliaries to prepare demercaptan activators. It is suitable for the preparation of soft conditioners, refined hair creams, hair conditioning softeners, hair dyes, emollients and cleaning products. It is also used as a leveling agent for cationic dyes in acrylic fiber dyeing, and also as a soft finishing agent for acetate fiber. Stable properties, light and heat resistance, acid resistance but not alkali resistance, hard water resistance, inorganic salt resistance, non-volatile, suitable for long-term storage.

1. Used as cationic dye, leveling agent for dyeing acrylic chemical fiber. Makes the dyed fabric feel soft to the touch. This product has good softness to acetate fiber and has sterilization and disinfection effect. It has good uniformity for cationic dyes. It can be used in the bath with cationic and non-ionic surfactants.

When dyeing acrylic fiber, the general dosage is 2%~3%. In order to increase the dyeing rate, it can be increased to 3%~5%.
