Practical application of lithium pyroxene capture agent LHS-9# in lithium pyroxene ore flotation in a Zimbabwean processing plant

The plant has an annual processing capacity of 24,22 tons. The raw ore has the characteristics of high grade (LiO 5%), small mineral crystal particles, under normal process flotation conditions, the flotation results show low concentrate grade, concentrate grade is difficult to reach 0% content, running tailing is serious, tailings are generally above 5.9%. After using our company's LHS-5# collector, after one month of debugging and production, the comprehensive flotation index of concentrate grade greater than 5.0%, tailing grade less than 3.82%, and recovery rate greater than <>% was obtained.
